Refinery and chemical plant projects can be broadly categorized into the following segments:

• Greenfield Projects: These involve building facilities from scratch, starting from ground zero up to the operational and production phases.
• Expansion Projects: This category encompasses the extension of existing plant capacities, often referred to as Brownfield projects.
• Debottlenecking: These projects focus on modifying existing plants to enhance their capacity and efficiency.
• Non-EPC Jobs: Periodic turnaround and shutdown activities, which typically occur once a year or once every two years.

Bitco comprises of  a team of 5 to 6 highly experienced engineers /experts in relevant field, who can effectively liaise and coordinate with both the end user and the EPC contractor, serving as valuable consultants.

Bitco will be   strategically Positioned by establish a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with an established EPC company that has successfully completed a 5 to 6 large-scale projects exceeding 500 million USD. This JV arrangement will enable us to seamlessly integrate with these companies, presenting a unified front to the owner or end user. All communication with the owner/customer are centralized through our unit, while the EPC company operates in the background. To ensure a smooth collaboration, a robust system of checks and balances, as well as a clear responsibility matrix, are implemented to address any unexpected challenges.

BITCO, in collaboration with its EPC partners (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), provides a comprehensive range of high-quality services to various industries, encompassing offshore and onshore oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, and the chemical sector. These services include concept development, basic engineering, FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), detailed engineering, procurement support, construction oversight, and project management consultation.

BITCO, alongside its partners, guides clients throughout the project bidding phase, encompassing pre-project planning activities like evaluation studies, pre-bid engineering with bid assessment, plant system design, conceptual studies, and an analysis of energy and utility utilization. The company's primary areas of expertise lie within the domains of Chemical, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, Oil & Gas, and Steel, with well-defined activities for project implementation, measurement, and execution.

The pre-project services offered by BITCO comprise:

• Preliminary concept and design development.
• Reviewing basic inquiry drawings and documents.
• Collecting data from the customer and on-site sources.
• Estimating engineering efforts required.
• Evaluating the entire project and suggesting alternative methods.
• Preparing conceptual design sketches.
• Estimating the bill of quantities.

Alternatively, we can also consider a phased approach, where we focus solely on the design, engineering, and procurement aspects of the project, leaving the construction phase to be managed by the owner through the engagement of local contractors in foreign countries.
